About these terms
These terms apply to the website at aidoesai.com, the student platform at app.aidoesai.com, and the tools you open from it. They are provided by the company named in Operator details (“we”).
Classes, tool access periods, and prices are agreed in a separate contract with the organisation that books them. Where that contract differs from these terms, the contract applies.
By using the platform or a tool, you agree to these terms.
The website
The website describes our classes and tools. It is information, not an offer to enter into a contract. We confirm dates, prices, and availability when a class is agreed.
Platform access
- Access is by invitation. An administrator creates your account, usually for a class your organisation booked. There is no public registration.
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. A link works once and expires after 30 minutes. A session ends after 30 minutes without activity; then you ask for a new link.
- Your account is personal. Do not forward sign-in links or let others use your session.
- Your organisation agrees with us which tools you may use and for how long. We may end access when that period ends.
- If you think someone else has used your account, write to support@aidoesai.com.
Acceptable use
When you use the platform and its tools, do not:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- try to reach accounts, data, or tools you were not given, or test or bypass security;
- overload or disrupt the service, or access it with automated tools;
- enter other people’s personal data, sensitive personal data, or confidential information, unless your organisation has agreed this with us in writing;
- use a tool to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
AI tools and their output
Some tools use AI models. A tool tells you when its answers come from an AI model.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check it before you rely on it. It is not professional advice.
The tools are for learning and practice. They do not grade, rank, or assess you.
You are responsible for how you use what you create with the tools.
Your content
What you enter in a tool stays yours. You allow us to process it only to run the tool for you, as described in the Privacy policy.
Enter only material you have the right to use.
Our content
The website, class materials, and tools are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use them for your own learning and for the work agreed for your class. Do not copy, publish, or resell them without our written permission, unless your organisation’s contract allows it.
Availability and changes
We provide the website, platform, and tools as they are. We work to keep them available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a contract says so.
We may change, pause, or retire a tool. When we can, we tell platform users in advance.
Suspending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your organisation asks us to, or to protect the service or other users.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on AI output or by the service being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for harm to life or health. If you are a consumer, you keep every right that consumer law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We tell platform users about significant changes before they take effect.
Governing law
Czech law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory law lets you go to another court.
